Our Return Policy

We want you to love your AlohaKarve piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — undamaged, unaltered, and in original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@alohakarve.com or use our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items

All orders are insured during transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the damage to both the item and the packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page or hello@alohakarve.com.
  3. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired piece.
