These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AlohaKarve website located at alohakarve.com ("Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
AlohaKarve is a handcrafted wood carving art business operating in the United States. All products are designed, carved, finished, and shipped from our studio in Hawaii. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to AlohaKarve.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, because each piece is carved from natural hardwood, actual grain patterns, color tones, and surface character will vary from the images shown. Product images are for design reference only and are not to scale. Dimensions vary by piece; see the individual product listing for exact measurements.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AlohaKarve Gift Cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided production has not begun. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. AlohaKarve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. All orders are insured during transit. For full details, see our Shipping page.
We offer a 30-day return policy on standard (non-custom) items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. For full details, see our Returns page.
All designs, images, text, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of AlohaKarve and are protected by US copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AlohaKarve design or content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlohaKarve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hawaii.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
