All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. During peak seasons (November–December) processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders totaling $150 or more before taxes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Each piece is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, cushioned with biodegradable foam inserts, and shipped in a double-wall corrugated box sized specifically for your piece. We take packaging seriously because your art deserves to arrive in perfect condition.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (UPS or FedEx). If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of your order, please contact us.
All orders are fully insured at no additional cost to you. If your piece is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please see our Returns page for details on damaged shipments.
